In the first decade since the introduction of Learning Through Play (LTP) Calendars in India, Bala Mandir has conducted LTP Master Training programs to empower partner NGOs across four states—Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu. These initiatives have equipped grassroots organisations to advance the LTP framework by training community members in play-based approaches to early childhood development.

Since 2011, BMRRC has maintained its collaboration with NGO partners and funding agencies to implement sustainable, community-based interventions through its Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) program. This program promotes positive parenting practices and fosters inclusive, holistic child development.
