A Happy Childhood is Every Child’s Birthright

About Us

Bala Mandir Research & Resource Centre (BMRRC) is a unit of Bala Mandir Kamaraj Trust, a 75-year-old social welfare organisation dedicated to caring for infants and young children who are destitute, orphaned or in difficult circumstances. BMRRC extends BMKT’s patented Early Childhood Care and Development programs to communities in need pan-India, focusing on positive parenting practices and the holistic development of the child.

Holistic Parenting and Child Development

At BMRRC, we aim to empower parents with the knowledge and tools needed to support their child’s growth and thrive at every age. Our dedicated section features an easy-to-use age-wise Quick Finder Bar, guiding you from birth through adolescence with everything you need to know about child development at each stage—what milestones to expect, why they matter, and how to nurture growth across five essential domains: Sense of Self, Physical Development, Relationships, Understanding, and Communication.
